El Nido

It is a development of 12 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms distributed in three levels that will occupy less than 40% of the 1000 m2 in which it will be built. In El Nido, the conservation of the largest amount of original vegetation and green areas of the site was considered of great importance in the design of the project: as well as the continuity in the use of ancient techniques and their fusion with innovative construction methods. El Nido is a self-sustaining development, it will have an area of ​​solar panels and a technology that will make the development capable of producing most of the energy it consumes.
